By downloading or using GoDay, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1 About GoDay
GoDay is a habit tracker application developed and published by Jesterday Studio, an independent developer based in Spain. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Jesterday Studio. "You" refers to any person who downloads, installs, or uses GoDay.
2 Subscriptions & Payments
GoDay offers a free Lite tier and an optional GoDay PRO subscription that unlocks additional features including the Hourly tab, Stats tab with full character radar, unlimited custom habits, smart notifications, and data backup.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We may offer promotional or limited-time pricing, but we cannot provide price protection, retroactive discounts, or refunds for previous purchases if prices subsequently change.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise the respective platform to charge the applicable fee.
3 Subscription Management & Renewals
GoDay PRO subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access to PRO features continues until that date.
No refund or partial-period credit is provided for cancellation mid-period. If you cancel during an active free trial, any unused trial time is forfeited once a paid period begins.
4 Refund Policy
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant platform:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Google Play Help — refund a purchase
We are unable to process refunds directly, as we do not have access to your payment information.
5 Permitted Use
GoDay is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or its contents
- Attempt to circumvent payment or PRO feature gates
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms
6 Intellectual Property
GoDay, including its name, logo, design, code, habit library, and all associated content, is owned by Jesterday Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes. No rights are transferred beyond what is necessary to use the app as intended.
7 Privacy
Your use of GoDay is governed by our Privacy Policy. GoDay does not require an account, does not collect your email, and runs no advertising. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat using an anonymous installation identifier.
8 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GoDay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Habit and streak data is stored locally on your device — we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, OS updates, or app deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jesterday Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. For material changes, we will display a notice within the app. Continued use of GoDay after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law in your country of residence.
