These terms apply when you download or play Color Meow Maze (the “Game”), made by JesterDay Studio (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

1. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from also apply.

2. Ownership

The Game and everything in it (code, art, characters, music, sounds, levels, names and logos) belong to JesterDay Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the license above, no rights are transferred to you.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game;
• decompile, reverse engineer or modify it, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, automation or modified versions, or tamper with ads, purchases or in-game items;
• use the Game in any unlawful way.

4. In-game items

The Game contains virtual items such as Bells, boosters, hearts, costumes and frames. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold. They are part of the license in section 1. Because progress is stored on your device, it can be lost if you uninstall the Game or change device; we cannot recover it.

5. Purchases

Some content, such as Remove Ads, can be bought with real money. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. Remove Ads turns off banner and pop-up (interstitial) ads; optional reward videos remain available. Non-consumable purchases can be restored with Restore purchases in the Game's settings, using the same store account.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the supply has started. This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty.

6. Ads

The Game is free and supported by ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for websites or apps they link to. Some features offer an optional reward for watching a video; rewards are granted only when the video is completed.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove features, levels, items or prices, and we may stop offering the Game. Some features (such as the Daily Challenge and reward videos) need an internet connection. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or free of errors.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JesterDay Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the six months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury.

10. Ending the license

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you seriously breach these terms. Sections 2, 4, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply; important changes will be announced in the Game or on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

13. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, these terms are between you and JesterDay Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
