JesterDay Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the Baby Tappy Tiles mobile application.
1. Data Safety Consistency Statement
In accordance with Google Play’s Data Safety requirements, this app does not collect, share, or transmit any personal or device data off the user’s device or in the background, except as required to process purchases and operate in-app purchase services. Our data practices are strictly limited to the technical functionality required to operate the app locally on your device.
2. No Collection of Personal or Device Identifiers
We respect the anonymity of our young users.
- We do not collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or IMEI), IP addresses, or any persistent identifiers.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, or location data.
- The app is designed to function entirely on the user’s device without the need for external data transmission.
- The app may store limited data locally on the device (such as settings or progress). This data remains on the device and is never transmitted.
3. In-App Purchases & Third-Party Services
The app exclusively uses the Google Play Billing System to manage the “Full Version” upgrade.
- Google Play Services: Google Play Billing may process data as necessary to complete transactions, in accordance with Google’s own Privacy Policy. JesterDay Studio does not control, store, or have access to your financial information or Google account data.
- RevenueCat: The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous diagnostic and performance data (such as app usage events and device information) to operate its service. This data is not used to identify users and is not linked to personal information.
4. Robust Parental Gate
Access to any external-facing feature, such as the one-time In-App Purchase, is protected by a Parental Gate. This gate requires a deliberate action designed to be completed by an adult to prevent unintended access or unauthorized purchases by children.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR & International Law)
JesterDay Studio does not process personal data directly. Limited anonymous diagnostic data may be processed by third-party services (such as RevenueCat) solely to operate in-app purchase functionality. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any information from children under the age of 13.
6. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical measures to ensure the app operates securely. The app is designed to function as a closed environment, ensuring that no unauthorized data collection occurs during play.
7. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
As we do not collect or store personal data, we are unable to access, modify, or delete specific user data upon request. However, if you believe we have unintentionally collected information, please contact us immediately.
